How do I schedule an appt?

Call first. Only established clients can make an appointment online.

What should I expect at my first visit?

If this is your first visit with us, please arrive a minimum 20 minutes early to allow ample time for intake. Includes consent forms, pre- and post- instructions, and time to ask Dr. Farley questions.

Is the consultation free?

New patients coming in for a consultation visit will be charged a $25 non-refundable fee.

Should I have BOTOX® or XEOMIN®?

If you’re looking to treat dynamic wrinkles, we offer both BOTOX® and it’s alternative XEOMIN®. BOTOX® and XEOMIN® work by the same mechanism, but the main difference between the products is that BOTOX® has a manufactured, inactive protein, while XEOMIN® is a purified form of botulinum toxin. XEOMIN® still blocks the signals from nerves to muscles, causing the muscles to relax, but it’s manufactured in such a way that it removes accessory proteins from the active ingredient. The effects from both will last three to four months. As muscle movement gradually returns, the lines and wrinkles begin to reappear and need to be treated again. The lines and wrinkles often appear less severe with time because the muscles are shrinking.

What is the payment policy?

Client is responsible for payment of all services at time of service. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We offer Green Sky and Care Credit.

Is there a late policy?

You need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving after the scheduled time is considered a “no show.” It’s always best to give us a call to accommodate you as best as possible.

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us 48 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule appointments for services under an hour. If you have a procedure scheduled that takes greater than 60 minutes we ask that you cancel 72 hours in advance.

What is the age requirement?

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian give signed consent. We do not give BOTOX® or filler to anyone under the age of 18. Other services are available upon request. Call for more information.

Best lip filler?

It depends on what you’re looking for. There are differences in terms of use, cost, longevity, voluminization, volume of the fillers, and potential side effects. All lip fillers are products that contain hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a gel filler that has a “plumping” effect that’s useful for both wrinkles and volumizing the lips. During your appointment the doctor will discuss the goals for your lips and how much voluminization you’re looking for.

Recovery time?

Recovery time varies for each patient and for each type of procedure. When it comes to dermal fillers you can resume most activities right away, but it is generally recommended that you avoid intense physical activity for the first 24-48 hours to minimize swelling and bruising. It can take 5–7 days after an injection to enjoy the full effect. You can wear makeup immediately after treatment.

For BOTOX® there is no recovery time. We do recommend against immediate exercise after injections. However, makeup can be applied. Full effects can take up to 10 days.

In regards to CoolSculpting® there is little to no recovery time after a procedure. Most people are approved to resume normal day-to-day activity immediately after. In some cases, some minor redness or soreness may occur in the area treated, but all minor side effects typically subside within a few weeks.

Do you participate in any reward programs?

Yes we participate in Allē loyalty reward program created by Allergan. It provides members with an ID number to enter with participating retailers and providers when purchasing Allergan products and services. We participate in Prollenium® Elite, a premium rewards and referral program for aesthetics and Prollenium® products. We participate in XEOMIN® Xperience Program. Lastly, we also participate in NEO Rewards with NEOCUTIS.
